Terms of Stay

1. To make Bookings:

– Guaranteed reservations require 100% advanced payments.
– Cancellations can be made without penalty 7 days before the arrival date.
– Any cancellation received within 7 days before the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire booking charge.
– Failure to arrive at our property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. Also, the booking amount or token advance can’t be adjusted or carried forward to future bookings.

1. Check-In and Check-Out:

– Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
– Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
– Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Unmarried couples are not allowed.

2. Identification:
– Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

3. Payment Policy:
– A valid credit card or advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in.

4. Guest Conduct:
– Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other visitors. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct.
– Primary guest should be atleast 18 years of age.
– Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).

5. Pets and Smoking Policy:
– Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated.
– Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A fine may apply for smoking in non-smoking zones.

6. Damage to Property:
– Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Standard Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings:
– Certain promotional rates or packages may be non-refundable. Please review the specific terms at the time of booking.

3. No-Show Policy:
– In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

4. Force Majeure:
– In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, the hotel will consider flexible options for rescheduling or refunding.
