Refund Eligibility:

1. General Terms:
   
   – Guaranteed reservations require 100% advanced payments.
   – Cancellations can be made without penalty 7 days before the arrival date.
   – Any cancellation received within 7 days before the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire booking charge.

2. No-Show Refunds:
   – No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

3. Payment Gateway or Bank Charges:
   – Any refund processed may be subject to deductions for applicable bank or transaction charges.

4. Refund Process:
   
   – Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.

      – Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
